Responsibilities
Actively seek out and engage potential clients to assess their insurance needs.
Present and sell Allstate insurance products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
Effectively cross-sell and up-sell policies to existing clients to maximize coverage and value.
Process applications, policies, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with the agency owner and team to achieve overall sales targets and agency goals.
Requirements
Idaho Property & Casualty Producer License (Required).
Experience in the field preferred.
Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and developing new business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
