Position: Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish)

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Location: Elk Grove, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our team in Elk Grove, CA. This position is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for janitorial, warehouse, sanitation, and other light industrial positions across multiple locations and states. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and passionate about connecting qualified candidates with career opportunities while supporting the company's continued growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Recruit for janitorial, warehouse, sanitation, and other light industrial positions across multiple locations and states.
• Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Create engaging job advertisements designed to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate documentation.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community recruiting initiatives as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and hiring procedures.
• Perform additional recruiting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or high-volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, janitorial, sanitation, or light industrial positions is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques using job boards, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
