Location: Baltimore, MD (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

- Develop and maintain enterprise mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build reusable components and responsive UI.
- Integrate REST APIs and backend services.
- Implement secure authentication (OAuth, SSO).
- Debug, optimize performance, and resolve production issues.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, backend developers, QA, and client stakeholders.
- 10 years of IT experience in the USA.
- Strong Flutter and Dart experience.
- Android & iOS mobile application development.
- REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, SSO.
- Mobile architecture and state management.
- Git, CI/CD, build automation.
- Performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Federal, State, Healthcare, or large enterprise project experience.
