Hecny Group is seeking an experienced Ocean & Air Import Operations Coordinator to join our Miami office. We are looking for a motivated freight forwarding professional with a strong background in international transportation and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage ocean and air import shipments from origin to final delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Support customer retention and business development efforts.
- Maintain complete and accurate shipment files.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Ocean and/or Air Import Operations experience with a freight forwarding company.
- Strong understanding of import documentation and transportation processes.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with freight forwarding software and Microsoft Office.
