We operate a growing fleet of late-model SUVs, shuttles, and mini coaches (up to 40 passengers) and are looking for a reliable, motivated team member to help manage daily operations.
Position Overview
We are hiring an Office Assistant / Dispatcher to support daily operations.
This role combines customer service, scheduling, dispatching, and fleet coordination — ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails
- Respond to quote requests and follow up on leads
- Provide pricing, availability, and booking support
Dispatch & Scheduling
- Schedule drivers and assign trips
- Coordinate daily routes and logistics
- Communicate schedules clearly with drivers and clients
Fleet Coordination
- Schedule maintenance and repairs
- Track vehicle availability and readiness
- Assist with keeping vehicles clean, stocked, and prepared
Operations Support
- Process payments and update reservations
- Maintain schedules, logs, and internal systems
- Help resolve day-to-day operational issues
Event Prep
- Assist with light vehicle setup and decorations (weddings, birthdays, etc.)
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable with computers, email, and scheduling systems
- Self-motivated and dependable
Preferred:
- Experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, or office administration
- Valid driver’s license
Schedule
- Flexible schedule based on bookings
- May include mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
