Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities through proactive outreach and community engagement
- Conduct presentations and consultations to educate families and referral partners about our home care services
- Negotiate and close service agreements with clients, healthcare providers, and partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources to generate repeat and referral business
- Manage your own sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client communications
- Track sales activity and client interactions using tools like Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and improve sales strategies
Compensation Structure
- 100% Commission-Based Pay
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
- Commission earned on every closed client/service agreement
- No base salary provided
Experience
- Proven experience in sales (B2B, healthcare, or home care preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated without a base salary
- Experience presenting services or solutions to clients is a plus
- Comfortable managing your own schedule, pipeline, and targets
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint)
