How You Will Spend Your Time?
Janitorial Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of all public and staff areas, including restrooms, lobbies, offices, tasting rooms, event spaces, and back-of-house areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors; clean windows and mirrors; dust and wipe down surfaces.
- Restock restroom supplies and cleaning materials as needed.
- Remove trash and recycling from designated collection points and dispose of them properly.
- Monitor facilities for cleanliness throughout the day and respond to incidents or spills promptly.
- Follow cleaning schedules and maintain records of completed tasks.
- Other duties as assigned
- Assist with the physical setup and teardown of on-site events, including internal meetings, tastings, VIP experiences, promotional events, and private events.
- Move and arrange furniture such as tables, chairs, podiums, and staging based on event specifications.
- Set up AV equipment, signage, and other materials as directed.
- Collaborate with the Events and Guest Services team to ensure seamless execution of experiences.
- Reset rooms promptly post-events for next use.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of janitorial, custodial, or facilities experience required; hospitality or event setup experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
- Professional, courteous demeanor with a team-first mentality.
- Must adhere to all safety and sanitation policies, including those specific to alcohol-serving establishments.
- Physical demands: While performing duties of job, employee is frequently required to stan/walk for extended periods of time; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms. Repetitive motions will frequently occur.
- Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Individual will be required to work in both indoor and outdoor environments with varying weather conditions.
- Use of cleaning chemicals and occasional interaction with sensitive surfaces or high-end furnishings required.
