We’re currently seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our team and help lead daily operations on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of landscape technicians on various job sites.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
- Read and interpret landscape plans and instructions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Monitor progress and provide hands-on support as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
- Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and hardscaping is a plus.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
