What You'll Do
As an Installation Crew Leader, you will lead a team responsible for building high-quality landscape and hardscape projects safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising landscape installation crews
- Managing daily project activities, productivity, and job site safety
- Reading and executing landscape plans and specifications
- Installing trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, drainage systems, and landscape enhancements
- Performing fine grading and site preparation
- Installing retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, and other hardscape features
- Operating skid steers, tractors, dingos, and other landscape construction equipment
- Coordinating material deliveries and job site logistics
- Training and developing crew members
- Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards
- Communicating effectively with clients, project managers, and supervisors
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor in landscape installation, landscape construction, or hardscape construction
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License
- Experience operating skid steers, tractors, dingos, and landscape construction equipment
- Experience with landscape installation, fine grading, drainage, retaining walls, paver patios, and hardscape construction
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and layouts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dependable, professional, and accountable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to manage crews, schedules, and project timelines
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
