Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
  • Professional, positive, and coachable attitude
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

In This Role, You Will:

  • Convert incoming leads, referrals, online quote requests, and warm opportunities into new business
  • Build relationships and guide customers through coverage options
  • Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects
  • Utilize our CRM and automation tools to manage opportunities efficiently
  • Learn proven sales processes that improve close ratios and long-term retention
  • Work independently while receiving coaching and support from leadership

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary New Business Commissions
  • Expected First-Year Income: $50,000 – $70,000
  • Strong earning potential for motivated producers
