What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Heat and Control, Inc.?
This position is onsite in Union, Missouri
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with Project Managers to implement a project, including scheduling and document control.
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all materials are filed and stored.
- Create and maintain Project WBS using SAP.
- Support Project Managers on change order preparation and filing.
- Assist Project Managers with warranty-related order entries in SAP as needed.
- Assist Project Managers with service support coordination and vendor support procurement.
- Lead efforts to evaluate current workflows and propose process improvements.
Required Education and Experience
- Associate degree required. B.S. degree preferred.
- 3 years of professional experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledgeable with using ERP system (SAP preferred).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Experience on project management and process improvement procedures.
