We offer customers insight, advice and solutions that help their businesses grow and companies succeed.The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administration support for Circadia Construction Project Managers.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Process/print project plans, specifications and manualsSolicit and follow-up on bids for potential projectsCreate digital project files including contacts, submittals, subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders, and RFI logsIssue owner-required insurance certificatesAssist project managers in applying for and securing all required permitsIssue and track subcontracts, purchase order and lien waiversCollect & track subcontractor insurance certificatesProcess accounts payable invoicesOrganize and forward project "close out" documentation to project ownersQualifications:Self-motivated with good time management/organization skills and strong attention to detailAccounting/AP experience a plusWilling to work in a fast-paced environment with a great teamFlexible and able to manage several projects/tasks simultaneouslyWilling to learn ComputerEase construction management softwareCircadia is a drug-free workplace.
