Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role based in Lincoln, NE, with the option to complete some responsibilities from home. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and design behavior intervention programs grounded in applied behavior analysis. The role includes providing direct and indirect services to children, monitoring progress through data collection, and adjusting interventions as needed. The BCBA will coach and train parents, caregivers, and support staff to implement strategies consistently across home, school, and community settings. Responsibilities also include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring that services meet ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design, implement, and evaluate behavior intervention plans.
- Experience in Parent Education and collaboration with caregivers to support skill generalization and consistent behavior management across settings.
- Background in Psychology and Behavior Management, with the capacity to address a range of developmental and behavioral needs in children.
- Current BCBA certification and compliance with all relevant licensing or registration requirements for practice in Nebraska.
- Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience working on interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, including in-person sessions in Omaha, NE, and remote responsibilities as appropriate.
- Prior experience working with autistic children or individuals with developmental differences is strongly preferred.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
