**The Position**

• Provide Direct ABA Therapy**\
  
  

Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions using

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles while implementing

individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior

Analyst (BCBA).

• Support Skill Development**\
  
  

Teach communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, daily

living, play, and adaptive skills while helping children achieve

meaningful developmental milestones.

\

• Collect Behavioral Data**\
  
  

Accurately record client progress, behavior data, and treatment

information to support ongoing assessment and individualized

programming.

\

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans**\
  
  

Use evidence-based behavior reduction and positive reinforcement

strategies to decrease challenging behaviors while increasing

independence and functional skills.

\

• Collaborate with an Interdisciplinary Team**\
  
  

Work closely with BCBAs, speech-language pathologists, occupational

therapists, psychologists, and families to provide coordinated,

child-centered care.

\

• Build Positive Relationships**\
  
  

Create trusting, supportive relationships with children and families

while maintaining professionalism, compassion, and exceptional customer

service.

\

• Maintain a Safe Therapeutic Environment**\
  
  

Ensure a structured, engaging, and safe clinic environment while

following safety procedures and supporting each child\'s emotional and

physical well-being.

\

• Continue Learning and Growing**\
  
  

Participate in ongoing professional development, required

certifications, and clinical training to build your skills and advance

your career in behavioral health.

**Physical Requirements**

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and assisting
  
  

students with daily activities.

• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist students as needed.
• Ability to safely perform approved crisis intervention techniques.
• Ability to respond quickly during emergencies.
• Occasional exposure to bodily fluids and other situations common in
  
  

healthcare and residential settings while following established

safety procedures.
