Compensation Range
$65,000—$65,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Responsibilities

- 2 years of work experience; recent and proven experience in activation required; other digital advertising, such as programmatic, search and/or social, is a plus
- Full ownership of campaign day to day and success in hitting campaign KPI’s
- Recommend, plan, and conduct testing opportunities
- Create effective analyses and case studies of their work to be shared with the client and functional team
- Develop insights and actions (implications) that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client’s goals
- Have experience with setting up campaigns in DSPs, Facebook, IG, Snap, Reddit, and any other social platforms. Also hands on keyboard experience with monitoring, pacing, and optimizing campaigns, including leading tagging and trafficking efforts.
- Has experience in excel, reviewing and looking at data.
- Experience managing a team with at least 1 direct report.
- Understands how to pull and actualize billing on a monthly basis.
- Not required, but recommended:
- Experience in a Search/GDN environment with Google Search and Microsoft Bing Search.
- Knowledge of strong keyword dynamics can influence the totality of the strategic approach and how to leverage Search to achieve business goals.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new channels to ensure multi-channel mix across the account.
