We are seeking an experienced and dependable Mowing Crew Lead to join our growing landscape maintenance team. This position is responsible for leading a mowing crew, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining equipment, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a mowing crew on residential and commercial properties.
- Operate commercial mowing and landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all properties are maintained to company quality standards.
- Train and assist crew members with daily tasks and safety procedures.
- Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs.
- Communicate effectively with management, team members, and customers.
- Complete daily work assignments on schedule.
Qualifications
- Previous professional lawn mowing or landscape maintenance experience required.
- Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and commercial mowing equipment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
