Responsibilities:
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and parking lots (trash pickup, sweeping, general upkeep)
- Perform routine landscaping duties (mowing, trimming, weeding, leaf removal)
- Assist with snow removal and seasonal tasks as needed
- Report maintenance concerns to the property management team
- Support maintenance team with light tasks when required
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment and safety practices
- Prior experience in groundskeeping or maintenance preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Occasional weekends or on-call shifts during snow or emergency weather events
