This is not an entry-level position. Concrete finishing experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities:
- Set forms and assist with concrete pours
- Finish concrete surfaces using floats, trowels, edging tools, and power equipment
- Complete sidewalks, driveways, slabs, and other flatwork to specification
- Read grade stakes and ensure proper slope and finish
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Follow all job site safety standards
Requirements (Must Have):
- Proven experience in concrete finishing
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependability
