NOW HIRING – Civil Construction Project Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to oversee civil, highway, and electrical construction projects from start to finish. This person will work closely with customers, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning through completion
- Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Track schedules, labor, costs, and project budgets
- Work closely with Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
- Communicate with customers, engineers, and contractors
- Visit jobsites and help resolve project issues
- Ensure projects meet safety and quality expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Project Management experience in civil, highway, utility, electrical, or heavy construction
- Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications
- Experience managing schedules, budgets, crews, and subcontractors
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience with highway electrical, underground utilities, roadway lighting, or traffic signals is a plus
