Who We Are Hiring
We accept general applications for both field and office positions on an ongoing basis. Openings arise regularly — submitting your application ensures you are considered as roles become available.
Field & Operations Positions
Asphalt Crew
- Asphalt Paving Crew Members – lay, spread, and compact hot mix asphalt on roads, lots, and driveways
- Screed Operators – operate and adjust asphalt screeds for smooth, level paving surface
- Roller/Compactor Operators – operate vibratory rollers and plate compactors for asphalt compaction
- Tack Coat & Prep Laborers – prepare surfaces including crack filling, tacking, and milling cleanup
- Asphalt Paving Foreman – lead paving crews, manage daily workflow and quality control
Concrete Crew
- Concrete Laborers – assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete flatwork
- Concrete Finishers – hand-finish slabs, sidewalks, curbs, and decorative concrete
- Concrete Foreman – supervise concrete crews and ensure work meets specifications
Equipment & Site Support
- Heavy Equipment Operators – excavators, skid steers, graders, loaders
- Truck Drivers – Class A/B drivers for dump trucks, tandem axles, and mixer trucks
- General Site Laborers – material handling, site prep, and cleanup
General Qualifications
Field Positions
- Previous experience in asphalt, concrete, or general construction preferred
- Valid driver's license; Class A/B CDL an asset for applicable roles
- Relevant equipment certifications or operator training (as applicable)
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather and physical conditions
- Commitment to workplace health, safety, and PPE compliance
- Ability to work early mornings, overtime, and weekends as required
Office Positions
- Prior experience in a construction or trades office environment is a strong asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional communication skills — written and verbal
