Hospice Registered Nurse Job Description
As a hospice RN/case manager with Heartland Hospice, you will lead with heart by delivering compassionate care to patients facing life-limiting illnesses.
- Be the primary point of contact for patients and families guiding them through their hospice journey.
- Deliver skilled nursing care based on each patient's individualized Plan of Care in various settings.
The ideal candidate has 1 year of RN experience in hospice or related fields along with strong communication skills and critical thinking abilities. A genuine compassion towards terminally ill patients or serious illness support is preferred.
