Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:
- Conduct outbound calls using an auto-dialer system to prospective leads and existing contacts.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments or demos.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Meet daily performance targets, including call volume and lead conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Document all interactions and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- 1 year of experience in outbound call center or inside sales roles.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and active listening abilities.
- Ability to maintain a minimum of 90 outbound calls per day.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and computer skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Team-oriented with a flexible and open-minded approach.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are advantageous.
