We are a growing IT services company helping businesses solve real technology challenges through reliable, modern IT solutions. Due to continued growth, we are seeking 1–2 Entry-Level IT Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support our sales pipeline and outbound prospecting efforts.

Role Overview
As an IT SDR, you’ll work closely with the sales team to identify, qualify, and schedule sales opportunities. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals interested in starting a career in IT sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new business clients through outbound calling
- Make approximately 48 outbound calls per day
- Build, clean, and maintain lead lists for accuracy and effectiveness
- Schedule and confirm appointments for senior sales representatives
- Track calls, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM
- Follow proven call scripts while learning objection-handling techniques
- Maintain consistent activity and performance standards
Hybrid Work Structure
- Initial onboarding and training are conducted in-office
- Hybrid work eligibility is based on performance, reliability, and call quality
- Once approved, the role may include a combination of remote and in-office shifts
- Remote work requires reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and schedule adherence in accordance with Work From Home policy.
