We are seeking a Payment Services Manager to oversee the daily processing of ACH, share drafts, wire transfers, and electronic banking services (bill pay, P2P and A2A) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for leading team performance, mitigating fraud risk, maintaining general ledger integrity, and ensuring adherence to NACHA rules and applicable federal regulations.
What you will be doing:
· ACH and electronic payments
· Wire Transfers and Share Drafts
· Overdrawn Accounts and Charge-Offs
· Compliance and Risk Management
· General Ledger and Reconciliation
· Team supervision, training, and coaching
What you will need:
· A two-year college degree or equivalent experience
· Professional certifications such as AAP, APRP, NCP, or AFPP preferred (or willingness to obtain)
· Proficiency in core processing systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint
· Experience with fraud detection systems and payment processing platforms preferred
· Proven ability to lead teams, think strategically, and drive accountability
