Position Overview
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a keen understanding of high-end building materials and architectural products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and architectural sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, and distributors.
- Educate customers on Dekko Concrete’s product offerings and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Read and interpret client blueprints, perform material take-offs, and generate accurate quotes.
- Diligently complete all sales procedures, documentation, and reports on a regular basis as outlined by management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experience.
- Attend trade shows & networking events to promote Dekko Concrete’s brand and products.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in building materials, architecture, or design industries.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product details.
- Ability to read blueprints is required.
- Proficiency in CRM software (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
