Position Details
- Starting Pay at: $21.00 per hour depending on experience
- Location: Mt. Pleasant, IA
- Shift Details: 6:00 AM – 2:20 PM
- Monday – Friday
- OT as needed
- Full-Time / Direct Hire

Utility Duties Include
- Assisting in the operation of the Regional Distribution Center by serving as a backup to various RDC members
- Providing informal leadership to work teams regarding assignments, schedules, operating procedures, and improvement opportunities
- This role is the 'go-to' member to keep daily RDC goals on track by being versatile enough to jump in and assist nearly any job receiving or shipping related and support non-standard processes.
- Must be willing to obtain all equipment (forklift, reach truck, and stock picker) licenses.
