Position Details

• Starting Pay at: $21.00 per hour depending on experience
• Location: Mt. Pleasant, IA
• Shift Details: 6:00 AM – 2:20 PM
• Monday – Friday
• OT as needed
• Full-Time / Direct Hire

Utility Duties Include

• Assisting in the operation of the Regional Distribution Center by serving as a backup to various RDC members
• Providing informal leadership to work teams regarding assignments, schedules, operating procedures, and improvement opportunities
• This role is the ‘go-to’ member to keep daily RDC goals on track by being versatile enough to jump in and assist nearly any job receiving or shipping related and support non-standard processes.
• Must be willing to obtain all equipment (forklift, reach truck, and stock picker) licenses.
  
  

Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• Aspires to be a leader
• Previous forklift/material handler experience (preferred)
