Our Sales Account Representative is a link between the Sales Business Partners and our smaller trade partners to be the Hearth Expert and ensure the best possible customer service. In this role, you will operate primarily via a telemarketing approach with some travel, working directly with HHT trade partners in collaboration with the Sales Business Partners. Activities are focused on selling, marketing, training, field quality, and policies/procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively sell HHT products/programs to assigned accounts.
- Serve as a resource to trade partners within an assigned area to best maximize exposure to customers.
- Map the opportunities in each assigned area.
- Complete outbound calls to trade partners per the call frequency based on trade partner rating.
- Measure and track account call activity and share results with sales leadership as directed.
- Travel monthly to complete in-person on-site visits with assigned accounts and/or with a field business partner.
- Present new product information and programs to assigned accounts via remote delivery methods such as phone, e-mail, and webinars.
- Train accounts on product, price and programs, and work in a consultative approach to increase HHT’s sales volume.
- Manage marketing support programs for assigned accounts as needed (i.e. Co-Op, Showroom Displays, Authorized Dealer Program, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 or more years of professional selling experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must work effectively with cross functional groups
- Must be self-motivated with a strong results orientation
- Strong customer service orientation
- Sense of urgency and follow through
- Ability to persuade, motivate, influence, and negotiate with others
- Detail oriented with strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to thrive under deadlines, drive results, multi-task, and work with a sense of urgency
- Salary range is $70,000 to $83,000 which includes incentive.
