What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Technician 2nd Shift position at Hearth & Home Technologies?
- Starting Pay:$20.00- $26.75 per hour (based on skills & experience) $2/hr shift differential
- Shift details: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM (Core Hours)
- 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday - Thursday)
- OT as needed on Friday
- Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date)
- 8 Paid Holidays depending on start date
- Access to Earnings every day

- Operating fiber optic lasers to cut thin-gauge sheet metal
- Shake-out and staging of parts
- Physically shakes or picks parts out of sheet metal skeleton
- Utilizing a forklift to load material and off-load cut parts and empty scrap dumpsters into large take-a-way hopper
- Troubleshooting machine alarms
- May use fork truck to load materials
- Partner with internal customers to coordinate parts delivery timeline to meet or exceed external customer expectations
- Complete finished product within the parameters outlined in blueprints, mini-bills, and/or schedule

Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years' experience in a manufacturing position preferred
- Previous experience with operating a variety of manufacturing machines preferred
- Previous forklift operating experience preferred
