As a recruiter at HeartCentrix Solutions, you'll play a key role in the recruitment lifecycle, contributing to our mission of delivering the best candidates to our clients in a timely, professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, engage, and recruit highly qualified IT professionals for temporary, contract, and permanent roles.
- Develop and maintain a network of candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand specific client needs and requirements.
- Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and skill assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for candidates.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and progress using our ATS.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets and KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting, ideally within IT staffing or technical fields.
- Sales experience or familiarity with sales-driven environments.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in recruiting tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing independent and team tasks.
- High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
