Developer Community Operations Manager – Gaming
Job Summary
We are seeking a Developer Community Operations professional to help grow and support a global community of game developers and mod tool developers. This role combines community management, operations, growth, analytics, and cross-functional project management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a public-facing resource for the global developer community, building trust and driving success.
- Recruit, educate, and grow communities of game and mod developers.
- Develop expertise in developer tools, community needs, gaming industry trends, and market opportunities.
- Manage featuring and promotional opportunities for high-potential games.
- Build and improve operational processes, programs, and playbooks.
- Create reports and dashboards, analyze data, establish KPIs, and drive community initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, Community, and Business Development teams.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in operations, project management, community operations, or a technology-related role.
- Experience across operations, growth, project management, and/or community management.
- Strong passion for gaming and developer communities.
- Data-driven mindset with strong Excel modeling skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, execution-focused, and results-oriented.
- Ability to independently lead projects, identify opportunities, test ideas, and improve processes.
Salary : $45 - $53
