Bilingual Registered UAS Nurse - Home Care

Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking Registered UAS Nurses is to join our Licensed Home Care Agency Clinical Team providing services in the NYC metro area.

Requirements:

• Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State.
• Proficiency in assessing patients.
• Must be willing to conduct in-home patient assessment visits
• UAS experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive in home patient care
• Ensuring adherence to care plans and protocols.
• Conduct patient assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure understanding and compliance.

Salary Range:

$125,000/YR
