Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Auditor to review, audit, and correct forms and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Responsibilities:
- Review and audit forms and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and proper grammar.
- Identify and correct spelling, grammatical, and language errors.
- Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and professionally written.
- Verify that forms are completed correctly and contain all required information.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, and errors requiring correction.
- Follow up on documentation that needs to be revised or completed.
- Maintain organized records of reviewed documents and corrections.
- Ensure documentation meets internal quality standards and established procedures.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English reading, writing, and grammar skills required.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Ability to identify errors and make appropriate corrections.
- Previous experience in quality control, auditing, proofreading, or document review is a plus.
