Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time | Center-Based ABA | East Orange, NJ
$85–$95/hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Heart to Heart Behavioral Services is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing center-based ABA program in East Orange, NJ. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll work alongside a collaborative clinical team in a structured environment dedicated to providing high-quality ABA services for children with autism.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments

Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians

Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed

Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote treatment success across environments

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB and insurance requirements
Qualifications

Current BCBA certification in good standing

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
