What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Program Director position at Heart to Heart Health Care Services LLC?
Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking a dedicated professional to perform duties as a Regional Program Director at our Group Home Programs throughout South Jersey.
The Regional Director will provide oversight for the development and implementation of programs at Heart to Heart Home Care. This position will provide quality assurance, oversight, support and training at all programs within the designated region to ensure that the programs meet licensing, funding and accreditation requirements. The Regional Program Director will supervise Group Home Program Directors and program staff and ensure that all program staff are receiving appropriate training and direction and will work in conjunction with support staff (Director of Nursing, Behavior Support Specialist) to ensure that the services provided are effective and as strong as possible.
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Non Probationary Driver's License
- Five years group home experience (Required)
- Five years working with IDD (preferred)
- Willing to travel 50%
- Three years of Management experience
- Therap experience a plus
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of NJAC10:44A (Standards for Community Residences for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
- Microsoft Office Suite
Conditions:
Works primarily in the field at programs throughout South Jersey
Requires travel throughout region for purposes of providing quality assurance, support, training and program development.
Requires travel to consumer locations throughout Heart to Heart Home Care service area.
Requires flexible hours.
Requires being available on call 24 hours a day/7 day a week.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
