We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our growing ABA team in Northern New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to provide clinical leadership, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support meaningful outcomes for children with autism.
Compensation: $85–$95/hour
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience developing behavior plans, conducting assessments, and supervising RBTs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices
