Communicate with Patients, Doctors and other staff members in a professional, timely and courteous manner.
Job Responsibilities to include:
- Create patient charts by entering demographic and insurance information.
- Schedule all testing, new and future appointments.
- Process Outgoing Referrals.
- Learn Centricity, Clearwave, Zocdoc and Portal functions and operations.
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines concerning PHI and patient confidentiality.
- Maintain a calm and courteous manner with patients and staff.
Qualified applicants must be willing and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting for a growing company currently handling well over 300 patients per day.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma/GED
Experience: Medical office experience preferred.

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, calculators, etc.
Mental/Physical Requirements: Involves sitting approximately 75 percent of the day, walking or standing the remainder, using computers and telephones.
Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
