We're a fast-growing medical device company seeking a friendly detail-oriented office pro join our expert customer service team to help medical staff and patients use our cardiac devices and software, process orders and general office tasks.
- Answer phones and reach out to patients to help use our devices
- Enter orders, verify demographics, shipping and billing info
- Use UPS and USPS to ship orders to clinics and patients
- Coordinate with clinicians and patients to resolve issues
- General office support: filing, inventory and processing incoming equipment
You're a fit if you have:
- 1-2 years in customer service or medical office
- Clear, friendly communication; strong grammar and phone etiquette
- Organized, dependable and self-starter
- Bilingual a strong plus
