We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman to lead our maintenance team across our portfolio. This leadership role centers on guiding, training, and empowering our maintenance technicians to deliver outstanding service, maintain high property standards, and support resident satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians in performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and construction-related projects while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This hands-on supervisory role requires actively participating in skilled maintenance and construction work, monitoring technician performance, assigning tasks, and driving team productivity to keep facilities, equipment and infrastructure in optimal condition.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and meet company insurance standards.
- Demonstrated ability to guide a team toward consistent, high-quality results.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable handling challenging situations professionally with team members, residents, or vendors.
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, verbal).
