Role Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Procedure Scheduler for an on-site, full-time position located in Phoenix, AZ. The Procedure Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating appointments and procedures, ensuring patient schedules are managed effectively, and serving as a key liaison between patients and staff. Day-to-day tasks include verifying insurance information, maintaining accurate records, communicating with medical professionals, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
