A large, well established commercial drywall and framing contractor is seeking a Scheduler to support ongoing and upcoming projects. This role is critical to day to day operations and works closely with project managers, superintendents, and field leadership to ensure labor and project schedules are aligned and executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update project and manpower schedules
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to align labor needs
• Allocate field crews across multiple active jobsites
• Track start dates, durations, sequencing, and shifting priorities
• Communicate schedule changes clearly and proactively to internal teams
• Assist with short term planning and look ahead scheduling
• Identify conflicts or gaps in schedules and help drive solutions
• Maintain accurate scheduling documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

• Experience in construction scheduling, coordination, or operations
• Background in commercial construction; subcontractor experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Comfortable managing schedules across multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and construction software
• Ability to work collaboratively with both field and office teams
