What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality speech therapy services across all phases of rehabilitation care. Evaluates, diagnoses, and treats speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients at preventive, acute, and rehabilitative stages. Develops and implements individualized treatment plans designed to improve functional independence, enhance communication and swallowing abilities, reduce functional decline, and minimize the need for more intensive levels of care. Collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, educates patients and families, and maintains accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.

Requirements
Education and/or Experience
- The Speech Language Pathologist must have completed training in accordance with minimum essential for speech therapy schools as prescribed by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (CAA).
- Must hold active Speech Language Pathologist license for the state of Colorado.
- Current, active Speech Language Pathologist license for Colorado or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure examination.
- Current CPR Certification.
