- Accurate, efficient, key-boarding skills; ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities; highly organized. Medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD-9 coding, medical insurance knowledge, and 10-key skills.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to assist with resolutions to issues and problems.
- Must be able to apply a high level of understanding to carry out detailed and involved written or oral instructions.
