Salary: $15/hour $31,200 annually

EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:
- Receives consumers at the front desk with courtesy and respect.
- Opens and distributes mail, assembles materials for staff use.
- Serve as receptionist, make appointments, answer routine questions from the public, and route phone calls as needed.
- Coordinates and schedules physician appointments.
- Assists people in completing forms.
- Transmits material to proper authorizing officials.
- Maintain and work with files of a confidential nature.
- Utilize a computer for data entry and consumer identification.
- Related work as assigned.
- Experience in administrative support and clerical work.
- Must have current valid Texas driver's license & current & continued proof of liability insurance. Required
Education:
Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Working knowledge of business terminology, spelling, punctuation, grammar, basic arithmetic and office practices and procedures.
- Skill in word processing, maintaining clerical records to compose routine letters and memoranda.
- Computer skills with ability to operate spreadsheet programs.
- Ability to work as part of a team and be a self-starter.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn about and implement trauma-informed care practices within the scope of work for the position.
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Must have excellent time management skills and organizational skills.
- Must have and maintain a level of general health that permits the performance of the job duties and ability to maintain regular attendance as set forth in Center policies and procedures.
- Physical ability to perform CPR and PMAB skills.
