Job Summary
The Care Concierge plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within a healthcare setting. They serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience and efficient coordination of services.
Duties
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and follow up visits, exams etc.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare providers, imaging centers etc.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Manage medical office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Skills
- Minimum experience: 2 year medical office with fluency in electronic medical records
Microsoft office, pdf's, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse individuals
- Comfortable using phone systems for handling incoming calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.50 - $23.00 per hour
