What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Insurance A/R Specialist - Hybrid position at Heart and Vascular Care Inc?
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Insurance A/R Specialist to join our growing billing team in our Regional Support Office in Alpharetta!

Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM, no nights or weekends
This is a HYBRID REMOTE work schedule (4 days remote / 1 day in office in Alpharetta) - after training. Training is M-F 8am to 5pm in our Regional Support Office for 2 - 4 weeks.
- Previous medical A/R experience is required.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Work all medical claims denials
- Contacting insurance companies to discuss claim denial
- Resubmitting claims after denial
- Managing claim holds
Requirements:
- Dependable team player is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Maintain a positive attitude with patients and co-workers under all conditions
- Sustain excellent attendance and avoid excessive absences and/or tardiness
- Previous medical billing or medical A/R experience is required.
