This role is based in the Lake Orion office and is primarily part-time, with 25–30 hours per week ideal (20 hours considered). Due to seasonal volume, the practice is open to immediate starts and offers exceptional scheduling flexibility.
The incoming provider will function with a high level of clinical autonomy. Once established, this will be a solo-provider setting with full administrative support. Ownership may occasionally be onsite but is seeking to transition day-to-day clinical responsibilities to this role in order to focus on practice growth.

Clinical Scope
- Adult patient population only
- Routine diagnostic evaluations
- Hearing aid consultations, fittings, and follow-up care
- No pediatrics and no specialty testing
- Approximately 60% third-party managed care
- Patient-first care model with awareness of productivity and retail performance
