Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to schedule appointments
- Answer all incoming calls professionally
- Schedule various types of appointments in a professional manner
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Qualifications
- Call Center Experience
- Professional, positive and friendly demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good organization skills and multi-tasking
- Perform clerical tasks and adhere to established policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- An ability to learn, follow procedures and accept coaching
- Excellent time management skills with little direct supervision
Compensation and Benefits:
- Income based on hourly wage commissions
- Average income for this position is $36,000 - $40,000
