What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Greeting patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answering incoming calls and converting inquiries into scheduled appointments
- Managing patient records and entering accurate information
- Handling invoices, payments, and insurance verification
- Maintaining strong relationships with patients, vendors, and team members
- Keeping the front office running efficiently and proactively
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of medical office experience (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stay calm and pleasant in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who takes ownership and solves problems independently
- Flexible and adaptable — no two days are exactly the same
