Position Summary
The Audiology Assistant plays an important role in delivering outstanding hearing care by supporting our audiologists and ensuring patients feel comfortable and cared for. This is a rewarding position for someone who loves connecting with people, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be part of a team that makes a difference every day.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and support patients with kindness and professionalism
  • Assist with hearing aid cleanings, troubleshooting, and simple repairs
  • Prepare devices and supplies for patient appointments
  • Manage patient scheduling, calls, and follow-up communications
  • Keep accurate records and update our electronic health system
  • Support audiologists during testing and patient care
  • Help maintain clinic organization, supplies, and equipment
  • Educate patients and their families on hearing aid use and care

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or medical office experience preferred
  • Warm, approachable personality with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn
  • A team player who enjoys helping both colleagues and patients
  • Prior healthcare or patient care experience is a plus (training provided)
  • Hearing Aid, Dental or Vision industry experience is preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
